HOW DO I COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION?
Regular sources of information: The information to be saved in the register is obtained from the customer, e.g. From messages sent via web forms, by e-mail, by phone, via social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations where the customer gives out their information. Information about contact persons of companies and other organizations can also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services and other companies.
By entering your data: email address and/or clicking the subscribe button on Magical Goddess offers and advertising you agree to receiving emails and marketing material from Kati Kelo & Magical Goddess. Your information will not be shared with any external third parties.* You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on the bottom of the email you have received. Your information will be stored safely until you unsubscribe. By unsubscribing your information will be permanently removed from my records.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I STORE?
I store all of the data that I need in order to maintain my relationships with customers and clients. This data ranges from records including name, e-mail address and country, to more extensive records that include full name, telephone number, e-mail address, home and work address, as well as details of dependents.
For tax purposes, if you attend a class or buy a product, I will store your tax or VAT identification number and all of the data that I need to issue a correct invoice in all of the jurisdictions in which I operate.
I may store both your shipping address, for product delivery, and your billing address, which can be used to verify credit card payments or other methods of payment.
No credit card information will be stored.
WHY DO I STORE YOUR INFORMATION?
I store your data in order to provide the services that I offer for free and to fulfill my contractual undertakings with my customers and clients.
Personal data is stored to be able to send you information, free gifts, products and to register you for classes and telecalls.
Recordings of classes and calls are stored and distributed to enable clients and customers to play back classes or calls they attended. Following the aforementioned classes or calls, recordings are also turned into products that are sold in the shop.
* WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION?
My team and I have access to your data to be able to fulfill our contractual agreements with our customers and clients. My team may include my communications and marketing team, my event organizers and my administrative staff.
In addition, outsourcing work on specialist tasks within IT and accounting, for example, sometimes requires me to grant consultants access to your data whenever and wherever this is required to fulfill my legal obligations towards official authorities or to develop and improve my services.
In addition, only if you sign up on any Access Consciousness classes with me: (1) Access Consciousness, LLC, 406 Present Street, Stafford, TX 77477, United States of America, (2) Access Consciousness International Limited, 6 Greenview, Riverway, South Douglas Rd., Cork T12 DCR 4, Ireland, and (3) Access Seminars Australia PTY LTD, 55 Lorikeet Drive, Peregian Beach, QLD 4573, Australia, all three parties to be referred to as “Access Consciousness” or the “Companies”, have access to your basic data (full name, e-mail address, mailing address, country and phone number) when you register for one of my Access consciousness classes through my general website or through www.accessconsciousness.com. This applies to live (in-person) classes, telecalls and online courses, as well as classes offered live via audio and live-streamed classes.
Please note: Access Consciousness gains access only to your basic data when you sign up for one of the Access Consciousness classes or calls that I offer. Access Consciousness does not have access to your tax or VAT number.
I may use/change my email service provider in which case your email address may be moved to my another email service provider storage base, so I can carry on serving you.
DO I SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
I do not share your data or sell it to any external agencies.
As mentioned above, I share your data with Access Consciousness if you choose to take an Access Consciousness class.
Access Consciousness is a franchise system that uses a shared worldwide marketing tool via its website www.accessconsciousness.com.
Please note:
I do not share your data with facilitators with whom you have not taken a class.
Access Consciousness is bound by the same data protection agreement to which I adhere.
HOW LONG IS THE INFORMATION STORED?
I keep the data stored as long as…
– I have a relationship with you as a customer, client or subscriber
– I am legally obliged to for tax purposes
– until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your information
WHAT INFORMATION PROTECTION RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE AS A CUSTOMER?
As a subscriber & customer, you have the right to…
– manage your e-mail or paid subscription
– correct any and all information I have stored
– request details of the data I have stored regarding you
– request deletion or limitation of your stored data.
Other rights related to the processing of personal data: A person in the register has the right to request the removal of personal data about him from the register ("the right to be forgotten"). Data subjects also have other rights according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as limiting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the registrar can ask the requester to prove his identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).

ARE CUSTOMERS OBLIGED TO PROVIDE THEIR INFORMATION?
Yes, as a customer or client, you must provide the data I need to be able to fulfill my contractual obligations within the various services I offer.
Depending on what you are requesting from me, I will ask you to provide information that may range from your name, e-mail address and country to more extensive details including full name, telephone number, e-mail address, home and work address, as well as details of dependents.
PROFILING AND AUTOMATION
I do not perform any form of automated profiling. I may organize your information to serve you better, for example sending you information on my courses, programs and products based on your previous interests or purchases, so that it is relevant to you.
WHERE DO I STORE YOUR INFORMATION?
I use multiple systems for storing your data to fulfill my contractual agreements with customers and clients. In general, information is stored in cloud services and on computers in the country of my residence.
HOW DO I PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
I do not share your data or sell it to any external agencies.
Register protection principles: Care is taken when processing the register and the information processed with the help of information systems is properly protected. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital data security of their hardware is taken care of accordingly. The registrar ensures that stored data as well as server access rights and other data critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description it is.
Access Consciousness staff, contractors and the external agencies with whom I work have all signed NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements). They have also been trained in data protection.
The stored data can only be accessed through security-protected entry points by users with permission to access the information.

SÄÄNNÖNMUKAISET TIETOLÄHTEET: Rekisteriin tallennettavat tiedot saadaan asiakkaalta mm. www-lomakkeilla lähetetyistä viesteistä, sähköpostitse, puhelimitse, sosiaalisen median palvelujen kautta, sopimuksista, asiakastapaamisista ja muista tilanteista, joissa asiakas luovuttaa tietojaan. Yritysten ja muiden organisaatioiden yhteyshenkilöiden tietoja voidaan kerätä myös julkisista lähteistä kuten verkkosivuilta, hakemistopalveluista ja muilta yrityksiltä.
MITÄ TIETOJA SÄILYTÄN? Tallennan kaikki tiedot, joita tarvitsen ylläpitääkseni suhteitani asiakkaisiin. Nämä tiedot vaihtelevat tietueista, mukaan lukien nimi, sähköpostiosoite ja maa, laajempiin tietueisiin, jotka sisältävät koko nimen, puhelinnumeron, sähköpostiosoitteen, koti- ja työosoitteen sekä tiedot huollettavista. Lisäksi esimerkiksi IT:n ja kirjanpidon asiantuntijatehtävien ulkoistaminen edellyttää joskus, että annan Konsulteille pääsyn tietoihisi aina ja siellä missä se on tarpeen lakisääteisten velvoitteideni täyttämiseksi viranomaisia kohtaan tai palveluideni kehittämiseksi ja parantamiseksi.
JAANKO TIETOSI? En jaa tietojasi tai myy niitä ulkopuolisille tahoille. Kuten edellä mainittiin, jaan tietosi Access Consciousnessin kanssa, jos päätät osallistua Access Consciousness -kurssille. Access Consciousness on franchising-järjestelmä, joka käyttää jaettua maailmanlaajuista markkinointityökalua verkkosivustonsa www.accessconsciousness.com kautta. Huomaa: En jaa tietojasi ohjaajille, joiden kanssa et ole käynyt kurssilla.
Access Consciousnessa sitoo sama tietosuojasopimus, jota minä sitoudun.
KUINKA KAUAN TIEDOT SÄILYTETÄÄN? Säilytän tiedot niin kauan kuin… – Minulla on suhde sinuun asiakkaana, asiakkaana tai tilaajana – verovelvollisuuden vuoksi.
Tai muussa tapauksessa kunnes peruutat tilauksen tai pyydät minua poistamaan tietosi. Rekisterissä olevalla henkilöllä on oikeus pyytää häntä koskevien henkilötietojen poistamiseen rekisteristä ("oikeus tulla unohdetuksi"). Niin ikään rekisteröidyillä on muut EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaiset oikeudet kuten henkilötietojen käsittelyn rajoittaminen tietyissä tilanteissa. Pyynnöt tulee lähettää kirjallisesti rekisterinpitäjälle. Rekisterinpitäjä voi pyytää tarvittaessa pyynnön esittäjää todistamaan henkilöllisyytensä. Rekisterinpitäjä vastaa asiakkaalle EU:n tietosuoja-asetuksessa säädetyssä ajassa (pääsääntöisesti kuukauden kuluessa).

MITEN SUOJAAN TIETOSI? En jaa tietojasi tai myy niitä ulkopuolisille tahoille. Access Consciousnessin henkilökunta, urakoitsijat ja ulkoiset tahot, joiden kanssa työskentelen, ovat kaikki allekirjoittaneet salassapitosopimukset (Non-Disclosure Agreements). He ovat myös saaneet tietosuojakoulutuksen. Vain käyttäjät, joilla on pääsy tietoihin, voivat käyttää tallennettuja tietoja suojattujen sisääntulopisteiden kautta.
REKISTERIN SUOJAUKSEN PERIAATTEET: Rekisterin käsittelyssä noudatetaan huolellisuutta ja tietojärjestelmien avulla käsiteltävät tiedot suojataan asianmukaisesti. Kun rekisteritietoja säilytetään Internet-palvelimilla, niiden laitteiston fyysisestä ja digitaalisesta tietoturvasta huolehditaan asiaankuuluvasti.
