Last night we watched the third episode of Men in Black with my daughter and this time I was really impressed by agent K's words.
Don't Ask Questions You Don't Want to Know the Answer to.
That is what we do daily, ask questions we really don't want to know the answer to.
Why is this so hard? Why am I so stupid? Why is this not working? Why is there so much pain and suffering in the world? Why can't I do this, have this and be this? You know, all those silent questions we run through our heads on autopilot.
But questions have power, whatever we ask we do get an answer to, without exception. I know I have written about this before, but I like this perspective of it.
Don't ask if you don't want to know and experience it. And what else would you rather know?
What if we had that thought driving our days?
What would I want to know today? What awareness is possible for me today?
This also goes very well with the guidance I have been receiving lately, about the shift that has already taken place in our awareness. We can start living in the 5D or even higher if we just choose it.
What that choice means is that we have become aware enough to choose to be on a higher frequency levels of our being.
Which means we are aware enough to choose the thoughts and emotions that we are generating and experiencing, we don't need to drop to the deep end when things come up, but stay in our chosen space.
Be the gift of love for all that is out of harmony, unconditionally accepting it and allowing it, with no need to fix it or heal it but just to observe it and stay in our space.
We already know that what we see is not what is. We have a choice now.
We also have a choice of asking questions that are contributing for us and for all.

What is the the reality like and how does it feel like to live in the higher frequency of my being?
What agent of change can you be for the life on earth?
